PRIVACY
When you purchase something from the CPW online shop we collect the personal information you provide us such as your name, address, email address and phone number. This information is only used to complete the shipping process, your email address and is used as a contact for CPW, and your phone number is for a possible package delivery contact.
SHIPPING
All shipments are sent tracked with a tracking number reachable by USPS, Canada post, or other online shipping tracking systems.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with your tracking information.
Estimated Shipment Times
US & Canada: 2 - 7 business days
UK & Europe: 5 - 10 business days
Other: up to 15 business days
Please note that your shipment may be subject to customs taxes and duties upon arrival if your shipping address is outside of Canada. You the customer are responsible for those added charges, not CPW.
If you require your package sooner than the times outlined above (ie. express, next day shipping, etc...) please email us with your request before you place your order, and an invoice with your updated shipping cost will be sent to you.
RETURNS
Once you place your order, there are no refunds or exchanges on the item.
The only exception for refund is if your package arrives damaged.
